Data Analyst

Job Description:

Support the Client’s Supply Chain Material Resiliency teams through data entry and analysis, working closely with a New Product Development team and under close supervision. Create and manage business and supply procurement analysis tools to assist in determining project risks and better strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately into various databases and systems, primarily Excel
• Work with remote teams to maintain and update files as needed in a timely manner
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to generate data for reporting purposes
• Participate in operational support including implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for various programs and projects
• Liaise between operations staff, suppliers, product managers, and program managers
• Conduct support activity dealing with record/documentation maintenance, data representation generation, and data inquiries
• Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area
• Makes evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual information
• Direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided
• Resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.

Job Requirements: 2 years experience or equivalent

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar collaboration software is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills working to tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
