What's The Job?

We are searching for aData Analystwho would be responsible for providing analytics and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This individual will work closely with other team members to produce reports and analytics to enhance the customer experience. The Data Analyst will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, they will maintain data storage; assess database and systems designs; and gather, organize, and interpret statistical information based on the data compilation.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Supports database development and modification efforts.
• Maintains current and accurate knowledge of data storage and management best practices.
• Ensures that databases are designed to meet specifications and requirements at the lowest possible costs.
• Develops and maintains documentation and standards.
• Creates, reviews, and interprets complex reports.
• Uses technical skills to streamline processes.
• Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from databases to provide reports to, and answer questions from, upper management.
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
• Assists in identifying and resolving production and/or applications development problems related to the use of the database management system software or utilities.
• Identify automation opportunities to align with continuous improvement efforts and Raymond Lean Management philosophies.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• A bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
• A minimum of 1 year in data or business analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PowerBi experience preferred
• Strong management and organization skills
