Data Analyst

Location: Dayton/Cincinnati/Columbus, OH area

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes. Specifically, the immediate need will require review of inbound and outbound interfaces and the business logic applied to them.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acquire, organize, and structure data for analysis
• Understand and document legacy interfaces between multiple systems
• Identify, understand, and translate filters and transformations applied in both outbound interfaces and inbound receipts
• Collaborate with team members to determine areas of improvement in relation to data and data movement

• Advanced SQL skills
• Solid data movement, interface, and transformation understanding
• Ability to collect, organizing, clean, and identify trends in raw data
• Ability to respond to data-related queries
• Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
• Knowledge of how to set up processes to make data more efficient
• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, business or related field
• Must have or be willing to obtain Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
• Acceptable candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background screen

Additional desired qualifications:

• Knowledge of Air Force logistics
• Cloud experience
• Databricks experience
• Oracle RDS experience
