About the Job:

The Business Planning and Operations team’s mission is to enhance business decision making through data analysis and strategic insights.  As a data analyst, you will work closely with our sales teams to solve complex problems and develop go-to-market strategies, and you will use data to uncover new opportunities and empower Sales leadership to make data-driven decisions.

Key Focuses:

• Generate business insights from large data sets and develop actionable sales strategies based on those insights
• Define KPIs to track the success of go-to-market initiatives
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve revenue generation and optimize sales processes and operations
• Turn ambiguous questions into clearly defined analytical problems, and solve those problems using data
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and executives through clear and informative data visualizations and presentations to communicate data insights
• Continuously learn and develop your skills by working with our team of analysts and decision scientists

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python 
• Structured analytical approach to problem solving
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills with a high attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Business/Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Product
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to think creatively and to work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor
• Knowledge of statistics 
• 3+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Growth Marketing, or Product

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,500-$122,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
