Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of training plans and providing instructional training for the Army Reserve using Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS)-Army, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), and other Army Logistics programs. The Maintenance Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in collecting Army Reserve Field Maintenance Program statistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Command Maintenance Discipline Programs (CMDP).
• Spot checking the USARC G4 quarterly the Readiness Divisions (RD's) Geographical and Functional Commands (GFC) over all monthly metric.
• Maintenance Mangers (MM301) course.
• Data cleansing and instructional training for the Geographical and Functional Commands and the Regional Divisions.
• Maintenance Workshops.
• Extract and assist in analyzing the information for the LRR.
• Extract and assist in analyzing the information for the RCRR Deep Dive.
• Crisis Action Team (CAT).
• Personnel Supply / EOH equipment Readiness Training PSRT.
• Assist Army reserve soldiers with difficult tasks in systems of record over the phone.
• Predictive Maintenance.
• Maintenance Enterprise.

Requirements

Shall meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:

• Shall have a minimum of 4 years' experience in GCSS-Army, Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), specifically in regards to fleet readiness and maintenance operations.

• Shall have a minimum of 2 years' experience in providing training and instruction to small groups, including development of training materials.
