Job Description
Position Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, interpreting, analyzing, and sharing data insights that help drive Offerpad's business. The Analyst works closely with leaders across the organization at all levels to assist them in the management, creation and interpretation of metrics and goals, helping them find patterns in data that lead them to uncovering efficiencies or identifying issues. The Data Analyst will build reports to help leaders manage their day-to-day operations and build dashboards to help them report on their goals, metrics, and KPI's.

Essential Functions

• Communicates and maintains Master Data, Metadata, Data Management Repositories, Logical Data Models, Data Standards
• Experimentation: design & execute experiments to drive business decisions
• Creates and maintains optimal data pipeline architecture.
• Assembles large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Builds industrialized analytic datasets and delivery mechanisms that utilize the data pipeline to deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• Works with business partners and leaders at all levels on data-related technical issues and develop requirements to support their data infrastructure needs.
• Creates highly consistent and accurate analytic datasets suitable for business intelligence and data scientist team members.

Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years Data Analyst experience; data modeling, working with data to provide reporting and analysis.
• 3+ Years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• 3+ Years of experience with Power BI.
• Ability to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to details on the task performed and strong critical thinking to solve problems presented by the users.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and transforming those into data driven BI solutions.
• You have a high EQ (emotional intelligence) and able to effectively work well with others, fostering a great, collaborative, and fun environment, even amidst technical challenges.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
• Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
• Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous real estate experience a plus
