Data Analyst

Team 

The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.

Within the Data team, you'll join a Machine Learning Development Team which is an autonomous squad of around 10 people. The team is composed of top-tier product managers, software & data engineers, data scientists and data analysts.

The objective of this team is to accelerate the growth of the company by serving as the on-demand prediction provider for all Voodoo BUs. This involves addressing critical needs such as predicting campaign LTV for User Acquisition optimization, determining optimal monetization offers for millions of players or constructing confidence intervals for time series data prediction.

We want to onboard a passionate data analyst with significant experience in a similar environment to allow us to go one step further. This is an opportunity to have a strategic and critical impact on Voodoo’s success.

This position is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in the office based in Paris.

Role

• Design, build and monitor data models & dashboards to track business metrics
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business needs and solve them using adequate statistical models
• Thoroughly document your results and offer onboarding and continuous training to help teams effectively utilize data and insights.
• Establish data quality processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our machine learning models.
• Promote data literacy within the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries and support.
• Work closely with the central data team to source additional data and enhance data management practices

Profile

• At least 4 years' experience in Data Analysis
• Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with a proven experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Autonomous person with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with statistical modeling & predictive analytics
• Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience in gaming industry or mobile marketing is a plus
• Any personal or professional experience with machine learning will be valued
