Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with large-scale, complex datasets. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans and execute these plans effectively.

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and engineers to address critical business questions.
• Develop new solutions and innovative approaches to solve big and ambiguous problems.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• 2-3 years of experience in an Analyst or Analytics role, with 3 years being the maximum. 

• Proven experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose business requirements into a structured analytical plan.
