Data Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing data analytics support Global Internal Audit & Risk Management. This is a 12 month's Contract on a Third-party Payroll. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist the Internal Audit team by designing and supporting digital dashboards that visualize audit results and findings.
• Support audit team solve business problems using data analysis, data mining, data visualization tools and automating key processes.
• Maintaining functionality and managing departmental access to analytics specific software and hardware, including Spotfire library and private SQL servers.
• Develop and maintain productive staff and IPG/Network management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience in writing SQL queries, optimizing SQL queries, creating functions and procedures.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Spotfire and Python.
• Strong ability to understand analytic specifications and translate the specifications into visualizations.
• Hands on working experience in developing complex dashboards.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and in remote environment.
