Data Analyst

LeadsMarket® is a forward thinking tech company and industry leader in lead generation for financial services. We operate a next generation platform where buyers and sellers buy and sell leads, calls and clicks.

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. The Data Analyst reports directly to the Director of Analytics, and works closely with the Marketing, Sales and IT Departments.

Responsibilities

• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion

Qualifications

• BA/BS (STEM major preferred but not required)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in PowerBi, Looker or other data visualization tools
• Flexibility to handle directional changes and moving priorities to ensure project success
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with
• Great attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure
