Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities: • Update vendor profile pages with accurate information. • Contact vendors via phone to collect updated documents, including Certificates of Insurance, W-9 forms, and other required information. • Accurately enter and update vendor data in our system. • Assist in clearing a backlog of vendor profile forms to ensure efficient processing. Requirements: • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry. • Good typing skills • Comfortable making phone calls to vendors. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • No prior experience required. Details: • Duration: 3-4 weeks, temporary project. • Location: San Antonio • Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 • Pay: $15-$18/hour, based on experience. • Start Date: Immediate.
