Location and hours • California Food Factory:1850 Raymer Ave, Fullerton, CA, 92283 (N. Gilbert St and W. Commonwealth Ave.) | Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Hybrid role: Remote 2–3 days per week) Responsibilities The role will focus on transforming raw operational numbers into actionable insights, automating data pipelines, developing insightful reports, analyzing trends and implementing data-driven improvements to support the growing operations. • Identify manual data collection processes to design, develop and implement fully automated data collection solutions. • Consolidate all operational data into the Microsoft Fabric data warehouse with automated pipelines. • Write and optimize SQL queries, PySpark notebooks to transform and prepare data for analysis. • Perform statistical analysis to identify key trends, patterns and anomalies in production, quality, procurement and financial data. • Develop and refine forecasting models for sales and inventory planning. • Analyze material consumption and procurement patterns to identify opportunities for savings and process improvements. • Design, develop and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI to support decision making. • Create data visualizations to communicate complex insights. • Collaborate with the operations team to understand challenges and requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions. • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for solving business problems.
