Data Analyst and Coordination Mid

As a Data Analyst and Coordination Mid at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and delivering information for the diferent parts of future model vehicle programs of the customer. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication between teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineering with program assignment and distribution of workload for the analysts across functions
• Lead in training and skill development of team members
• Identify short falls in engineering tools for AVBOM / FEDE BoM and To4 and provide recommendations
• Ensure control for consistency of process, workload distribution and roles and responsibilities across commodities and functions
• Assess overall progress and address issues
• Lead contact for Engineering Operations Lead
• Provides daily direction to analyst team
• Assist Engineering Project manager with his/her responsibilities
• Support and complete deliverables of Engineering Analyst
• Monitor progress, communicate and publish efficiency metrics
• Assist Engineering with Vehicle Program BOM development, management and delivery; Author the BOM on behalf of the engineer
• Support from start to P-Release provide Engineering Support & Change Management for milestone deliverables/tasks in AVBOM/ FEDE BoM;
• Assist Engineering with Sourcing, Purchasing & Financial Process/Administrative support including document & package creation from to as part of the Program Cost Process Deliverables;

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience (at least) managing BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Experience in a project coordination position (assistant to a project leader for example).
• Knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of project coordination methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
