Job Description: Pricing and Analytics Data Analyst: Consultant (Contractor Role)

Duration: 4 weeks (The initial project phase is 4 weeks with the opportunity to extend for longer period)

Hours: Full time 40 hours/week

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-5+ years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support a strategic pricing and analytics project. This contractor role will focus on ingesting, transforming, structuring, and analyzing data to enable comprehensive analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working with data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ingest, structure and organize data to enable foundational pricing and revenue analysis.
• Validate and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analysis.
• Support foundational analysis based on guidance from senior project leaders
• Collaborate with team members to design and execute data transformations that align with business requirements.
• Solve data-related challenges, identifying issues in raw datasets and implementing effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and transformation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and transformation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data validation, analysis, and visualization.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting findings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
