We seek a talented Data Analyst HR to manage and analyze employee data to provide valuable insights that will improve the efficacy of the company's efforts. This role offers the flexibility of being 100% remote for candidates based in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to maintain the highest quality of employee data
• Leverage your expertise in data visualization to effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders, particularly within the HR department
• Actively contribute to the improvement of business processes through thorough data analysis
• Utilize Power BI efficiently to support data-driven decision-making
• Take full ownership of your projects and collaborate effectively within a data-centric team
