Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs/Hybrid)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

• Mange data deliverables to Safe-Guard's partners.
• Develop innovative solutions to data and business problems.
• Partner with Safe-Guard's Actuarial team to drive data insight and data enhancement.
• Work with internal/external partners (including actuaries, DBAs, database analysts, and BI specialists) to drive data innovation.
• Supports strategic decision making through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develops new reports, dashboards, data warehouses, cubes, etc
• Become a key stakeholder in developing enterprise data infrastructure.
• Automates, enhances, and improves efficiency of existing data reports and data processes.
• Query and analysis data; working with business partners to drive enterprise value.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with an ability to personal engage a variety of stakeholders.
• Willingness to work with closely with business partners to develop strategic business solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to engage in the details of data processes.
• Experiencer in SQL required.
• Experience in Tableau and/or Python a plus
• Experience in statistical modeling a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics/data related fields (computer science, mathematics, statistics, ect)
