Data Analyst III

Overview

Translate data into actionable solutions and promote information- based decisions to drive Enterprise Process Management (EPM)'s initiatives. Work cross-functionally to identify business /process issues and execute the fix. Explore relevant data sources and periodic reports. Create the logic to transform the data into insights. Build, design, and develop a robust data model to accomplish the connections program goals. Assist in building out analytical tools/solutions. Document the data transformation logic and understanding for other analysts to follow. Develop efficient, scalable, and repeatable processes to transform data. Collaborate with other data scientists/business analysts to make them familiar with the transformed information. Use best practices framework to ensure data quality and reconciliation checks are in place and are transparent to our users. Leverage communication skills to collaborate effectively with analysts and product managers across the company. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $140,275 to $150,800 per year. The position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience in a related occupation.

Position requires experience with:• Data science tools: Python, R and SAS;• Pyspark, Kafka and Agile methodology;• Appian, Automation Anywhere, and OpenText;• Excel and PowerPoint;• Process Mining and Data mining;• SQL;• Tableau;• Experience developing reports, metrics and dashboards with data analytics and data visualization; and• ETL and data cleansing.
