ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a data-driven analyst to join its Lead Gen team, which is responsible for acquiring new, high-quality leads that drive efficient demand for Peloton products in North America. This role touches every Peloton product and sales channel with a direct impact to Peloton’s revenue. Reporting to the Director of Lead Gen Strategy, this role is a unique blend of acquisition/growth marketing and data/analytics and plays a critical role in holistic reporting, measurement, and analysis of lead gen metrics and KPIs. In this role, you will conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic insights, solve open-ended problems without a clear answer, and build measurement frameworks and dashboards with a constant eye to improving our lead gen analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate is an exceptional problem solver who combines business acumen and communication skills with world-class analytical and quantitative skills to drive meaningful impact.Ā 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Understand lead gen strategy/execution tactics and apply data-driven insights and solutions
  • Surface lead pool, lead capture, and lead conversion insights and identify opportunities for growth across lead cohorts, products, and programs
  • Manage lead forecast and reporting & prepare regular reports to leadership and stakeholders on performance vs. plan and flag sales implications
  • Spearhead data analysis & predictive modeling of various lead gen initiatives in accordance with measurement framework (including key KPIs including Cost Per Lead, Incremental CAC, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and templates to support forecasting and reporting
  • Understand existing metrics and data availability/fidelity across Marketing, Revenue, eComm/Product, Data Science, and individual sales channels
  • Manage budget tracker and invoice reconciliation process
  • Build and manage relationships with a variety of business stakeholder teams (i.e. eComm/Product, Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Finance, Data Science, App, Corporate Wellness, Partnerships, and Commercial teams)Ā 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical and data-driven role (i.e. data/ product/ marketing analytics, investment banking, consulting, or similar field)
  • Experience working with large data sets & conducting business modeling/analysis
    • Expert level experience with Excel / Google sheets
    • Intermediate level experience writing concise, scalable SQL queries for reporting and analysis
    • Intermediate level experience with data visualization products such as Looker (LookML) or Tableau
    • Bonus: Experience building and/or maintaining data pipelines using dbt
  • Experience gleaning actionable insights from data and reporting out on learnings in clear and concise Powerpoint slides
    • Expert level experience with Powerpoint / Google Slides
  • Proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail and bias for action
  • Thrives in ambiguity and comfortable solving difficult and open-ended problems that require a high degree of analysis
  • Comfortable operating independently and quickly pivoting between projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to define the problem or opportunity, propose a solution and a plan for accomplishing it, and exercise judgment throughout
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organization and presenting to leadership
  • Ability to distill technical or complex matters into clear and concise explanations to less technical stakeholders

Base Salary: $103,200.00Ā  to $134,200.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
