Job Description
The Data Analyst Lead you will be responsible for preparing data and analysis for teams across a data-driven inquiry and triage organization, contributing to sound business decision-making. In addition, the Analyst will be partnering with our entire Data Analytics organization and cross functional product and BPO teams Globally to ensure that our data is accurate. They will also be working with business users to facilitate understanding of the data and business insights. The right candidate would be detail-oriented, incredibly curious, and technically capable with a deep desire to become expert in our systems and data structures.
Job Duties
* Own and management data Olympus and our business partners from a BOL perspective with the focus on maintain a data Center of Excellence Global around Complaint inquiry and triage efforts.
* Utilizes full understanding of data analytics to independently develop and initiate complex reports or queries daily using report generation programs. Utilizes report generation programs to integrate data from multiple databases within one report using Open Database Connectivity.
* Apply analytical and statistical methods to answer a variety of business questions using multiple data sources and technical tools.
* Understands the content and proper usage of the complaint handling or CRM systems being queried, without the existence of user documentation. This involves navigating the data to get a sense of typical ranges of values, interpreting the data, taking notes, and asking organized questions.
* Holds position as Analytics SME providing expert advice / guidance regarding analytics, risk management and business process improvement.
* Constructs if/then/else logic and uses data steps to manipulate, summarize, and structure the data for output.
* Interprets data, performs quantitative analyses, and makes recommendations to management regarding findings, data collection and quality issues, and follow-up enquiries/work.
* Develops and maintains documentation of data definitions, sources, and relationships. Develops and maintains entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), data dictionaries, and other documentation describing what/how/where/why data is stored and how to access the data. • Summarizes results of data analyses in written reports and oral presentations to Management, as required.
* Adapts to new software packages, analytical tools, and database environments, as required.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICAIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced Degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in relative field of working with BPO's Globally.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CRM and/or Complaint systems and with data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and/or Spotfire etc.
* An equivalent mix of education and work experience is required.
* Working knowledge of secondary data sources including syndicated sales, promotional and marketing data, longitudinal patient level data; experience with payer data is preferred.
* Working knowledge of data sources from call centers, service and repair and service centers; experience with complaints data is preferred. Experience with statistical modeling, analysis, and presentation of results to a non-technical audience.
* Experience working with analytical tools (e.g., Python or SQL). Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (VBA skills a plus).

* Up to 20% domestic travel, occasional international travel may be required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven track record of time-management, project management, and teamwork.
* Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly capable in each of the following dimensions: adaptability, curiosity, resourcefulness, analytical thinking/problem solving, proactivity, collaboration, technological savvy, and operating with/through a KPI team.
* Technically skilled and excel-guru, with deep expertise in data visualization and a demonstrated passion for process improvement.
* Possesses strong communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to quickly understand the questions posed by some of our most time-consuming challenges and answer them with data.
* Proven ability to prioritize and execute projects in a high-pressure environment.
* * The anticipated compensation range for this position is $81,000 to $110,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications.
