Join our team as a Data Analyst (Analytics Engineering Focus) with a passion for leveraging dbt to power data-driven decision-making. In this role you’ll design develop and optimize data transformation pipelines to deliver reliable high-quality data that drives business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with strategic goals and turn complex datasets into actionable insights that make a difference.

What You'll Do

Build and Optimize DBT Models: Design develop and maintain dbt models to transform raw data into clean structured and actionable datasets. Ensure models are performant scalable and aligned with business goals.

Integrate Data Pipelines: Work with data engineers to embed dbt workflows into reliable end-to-end pipelines. Automate and streamline data delivery for analytics and reporting needs.

Align Data with Business Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and create data solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Deliver insights that solve actual business problems. Keep stakeholders informed and educated about how your work can help them grow the business.

Ensure Data Quality: Implement robust testing frameworks including unit tests and data quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency. Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Enable Analytics: Support analysts and business teams by providing actionable easy-to-understand data insights. Translate technical concepts into clear business-friendly recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Data Enthusiasm : You have a passion for clean well-structured data and the curiosity to explore and find impactful solutions.

  • Strong SQL Skills : You write SQL like a second language with experience building complex queries and optimizing performance.

  • Hands-on Experience with dbt : You’ve successfully used dbt to build and maintain data pipelines ensuring data is reliable and accessible.

Great to Haves

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI) and their integration with dbt models.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD workflows.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis or scripting.

• Understanding of data security and compliance best practices.
