Data Analyst Mid

As a Data Analyst Mid at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business performance and inform strategic decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify key performance indicators, develop data models, and generate insightful reports that provide actionable insights. Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.

- Develop data models and algorithms to discover patterns and insights.

- Work closely with management teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.

- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.

- Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy throughout the analysis process.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
