Job Description

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data, sales figures, and operational metrics across multiple channels, including online, mobile, brick-and-mortar stores, and other relevant touchpoints. Identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior to drive omnichannel strategy and decision-making.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, merchandising, and operations, to develop and implement an effective omnichannel strategy. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize customer engagement, sales conversion, and overall customer experience across channels.
  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to identify and understand customer segments and their preferences. Conduct in-depth customer profiling to personalize marketing campaigns, promotions, and product offerings for targeted segments.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of various channels, campaigns, and initiatives. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to track sales, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics. Identify areas of improvement and provide insights on optimization opportunities.
  • Omnichannel Campaign Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and loyalty programs. Measure key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and return on investment (ROI). Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and maximize marketing spend.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure seamless inventory availability and fulfillment across channels. Analyze inventory levels, order fulfillment, and customer demand to optimize stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Generate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate omnichannel performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Summarize complex data into actionable recommendations and strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to omnichannel retail. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and tools.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, review competitor offerings, and generate summary of competitive landscape
  • Contribute to sampling, buyer ads, and seeding decisions

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven individual to join our team as an Data Analyst - Omnichannel. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, sales trends, and operational metrics across various channels to optimize our omnichannel strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of omnichannel retail, and the ability to derive actionable insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (4+ yrs work exp) in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ Years Relevant Work Experience in data analysis, preferably in an omnichannel retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel retail strategies, customer journey mapping, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms, and omnichannel analytics tools.
