The annual salary range for this opportunity is $70,428/annually to $105,643/annually, with a median salary of $88,036/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees. Primary Job Responsibilities
The incumbent in this position will obtain, analyze, and interpret data to inform our clinical population's health. They will engage with various users including, but not limited to: management, project teams, patients and families, and external stakeholders as appropriate to best understand needs related to population health. They will pull from quality, process improvement, and/or research methodology to improve clinical outcomes, using solutions that include data analysis, inference, and reporting.
- Partners with internal teams to evaluate specific needs and develop data-driven enhancements, including quantitative models for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making processes
- Participates in discussions concerning data collection, design, methodology, and data analysis
- Develops and deploys data visualization for both technical and lay audiences
- Reviews and applies evidence-based literature or other best practices to incorporate applicable topics into practice
- Uses statistical analysis and other data analysis methods to understand population health and offer possible solutions or improvements.
- Works with key stakeholders to define, select, and implement the collection of data related to strategic and operational population health initiatives
- Works with data stewards to drive requirements and standards for gathering and manipulating data (e.g., data quality criteria, definitions, etc.)
- Improves staff knowledge of and participation in outcomes assessment by designing and offering educational presentation or initiating other strategies
- Works with patients and families and other key stakeholders to ensure outcomes data are meaningful and measurable
- Pursues internal and external collaborations and researchers to advance sustainable population health assessment
- Participates in activities that promote professional growth and quality improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferably in biostatistics, public health, or related field - or 4 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in data management and analysis
- Experience in health-related setting
- Solid knowledge of analytic and visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, PowerBI)

Preferred
- Master's Degree, preferably in public health or statistics (may substitute for 1 year of data analysis experience)
- Experience with healthcare industry data management and analysis
- Experience documenting data generation and analyses processes
Gillette requires all staff to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless there is a Gillette-approved medical or religious exemption.
