Day to Day:
- Programmatically collect, organize, and structure business intelligence and financial data from internal and external sources.
- Access and summarize data stored in object-oriented and relational databases.
- Extract, clean, audit and prepare data for analysis, relying on well-structured procedures and maintaining reproducibility of results.
- Apply statistical analysis methods to evaluate data and perform exploratory analysis.
- Design and execute AB tests and experiments to measure effectiveness of product development initiatives.
- Perform full cycle analysis to identify trends in product performance and user behavior on the platform.
- Create ad-hoc reports to inform operational decisions or activities and identify or resolve operational problems.
- Develop compelling dashboards to monitor product metrics and report on analysis results.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field.
- 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- 3 years of experience with each of the following:
- Database user interface and query software - structured query language SQL, PySpark, pandas, and NumPy.
- Business intelligence and data analysis software - Tableau.
- File versions software - Git.
- 2 years of experience in Object or component-oriented development software - Python.
