About the Role: 

We are searching for a Data Analyst to join our product team. This person will be responsible for analyzing data that highlights areas of opportunities for our customers and how Gradient AI’s product is able to assist in that need.  The ideal candidate will understand the customer’s business objectives, the technical components of our predictive analytics products, provide insights on how to best utilize our technology, and be comfortable presenting these components externally. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze client data as well as results from AI/ML model validation 
  • Effectively communicate analyses internally and to our clients 
  • Manipulate data using SQL; create visually appealing dashboards and reports with Tableau to inform clients of model predictions and results 
  • Understand client requirements, work both individually and with data science and engineering to fulfill these requirements 
  • Develop an understanding of business processes for the P&C Insurance business 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years' experience in a data analytics  
  • Experience writing reports with SQL and utilizing BI analytics tools (Tableau/ Power BI/ QlikView or others) to create dashboards.  
  • Moderate to Advanced Excel user 
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to establish, meet and, exceed time-dated objectives 
  • Customer service driven with an ability to build relationships, strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in insurance a plus
