The Imprivata GTM Operations Team is looking for a Data Analyst, Quote Desk to join our team. This is a 9 month contract and a newly created role that will be working with multiple internal teams to support our Renewals Sales organization.
Our ideal candidate will have worked in fast-paced technology organizations with rapid growth and experience managing subscription and maintenance renewals with internal Renewal Sales Reps. You will be responsible for supporting the Renewals team with Quoting Operations and data manipulation in Salesforce.com. You will work closely with the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) team. Must have attention to detail that helps improve efficiencies and processes by performing data analysis, quoting proposals, and engaging with internal customers.
They should have proven success with customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success) to ensure that value is realized for the customer and commercial objectives are aligned with the growth of our business. The Analyst will identify errors, make corrections, and communicate with the Account Team and/or customers to ensure renewal accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Subject-Matter-Expert for internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal for renewal contract data
• Responsible for looking for broader data fixes of Maintenance/Subscription Renewal data.
• Responsible for Structure and governance of Contract data in support of contract consolidation processes
• Proactive identification of systemic data issues in order to create efficiencies
• Develop playbook strategies and help facilitate the user training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years' experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is preferred
• Comfort analyzing large amounts of complex data
• A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativity
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills
• Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Motivated to succeed and participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced SaaS company
