Data Analyst (Remote)

Cranial Technologies is looking for a Data Analyst who will work as a key enabler to secure the realization of value from analytics, data, and models at Cranial Technologies. They will report directly to the Chief Science and Technology Officer and work closely with the Cranial Tech Data Warehouse. The Data Analyst will utilize multiple analytics tools to analyze, execute, and follow up initiatives from idea to industrialization with both analysis of model output and designing of new ways of working. 

The Data Analyst enables productivity of Cranial Technologies by supporting key stakeholders across the business to ensure evidence needs are addressed and business choices are data driven. He/she should be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with triaging and managing evidence data/analysis requests across the entire organization.

This position can be remote, with occasional travel as necessary to our Headquarters in Tempe, AZ.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advocate for data-driven decision making and other quantitative analysis
• Work closely with Research Assistant and Chief Science and Technology Officer to provide analytical support of data-driven research and initiatives including claims and EMR analysis
• Support new ways of working (e.g., data governance and best practices) and support roll-out to the organization in coordination with Data Warehouse
• Design analytics solutions together with Cranial Tech stakeholders to maximize impact, function as the link and catalyst
• Pressure-test algorithms from a business logic perspective and develop value-proofs/ business cases
• Support business strategy by leveraging data and models
• Analyze data using the latest web analytics and business intelligence techniques 
• Coordinate with Data Warehouse to build dashboards that help business stakeholders extract data quickly across various needs
• Empower stakeholders to improve the patient value through expert analysis of various types of patient data

Qualifications

• B.S. in data-related discipline, 2+ years of data analytics work
• Preferred: Past experience working in medical technologies environment

• The pay range for this is $75,000-$83,500 dependent on relevant qualifications and experience.
