This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will support vital data collection and analysis efforts to enhance a significant government program. This position involves developing analytics capabilities, producing automated reporting solutions, and implementing effective data collection methodologies. Your work will directly contribute to improving the care and placement of program participants within a network of providers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, enabling impactful decision-making based on reliable data analysis, thus strengthening support for underserved populations.

Accountabilities

  • Enhance the collection and analysis of program data within federal staff-led functional areas.
  • Develop and update on-site data collection tools and processes for reliability.
  • Identify key performance outcomes and indicators for assessment.
  • Conduct high-level data interpretation and analysis using analytics platforms.
  • Prepare presentations and written summaries reflecting your analytical findings.
  • Oversee production quality of routine and ad hoc analytical reports.
  • Train contractors and field staff on data collection and analysis tools.
  • Support projects that aim for continual improvement of data analysis.
  • Compile and visualize data using platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Build and maintain data repositories/databases with ad hoc reporting.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, or a related field with 9+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • Familiarity with working with sensitive-PII and data integrity protocols.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI) and scripting languages (R, Python).
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and VBA.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Preferred experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations.
