About the Role

The Data Analyst is a member of the corporate applications team who will be responsible for the data flow processes across our systems. The Data Analyst will work closely with supply chain to identify data flow issues and make corrections to avoid delays in order processing.

A Day in the Life

• Ensure a seamless support experience for EWC associates.
• Extract data from varying applications and perform reconciliations, such as inventory, purchase order receipts, sales orders item fulfillments.
• Identify, research and correct data flow issues.
• Consolidate and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues.
• Document new and existing processes.
• Completes projects and daily tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required with prior experience as a data analyst.
• Strong knowledge of O365 environment, including Excel, Visio, SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams.
• 2+ years working with applications in a data analyst role.
• Experience with SaaS applications, including Netsuite, Shopify, third party logistics and iPaaS integration tools such as Dell Boomi or Celigo.
• Excellent technical, analytical business process and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and be highly pro-active in prioritizing issues and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
• Strong knowledge of business process, system architecture and master data.
• Exceptional collaboration skills including the ability to negotiate to fair and reasonable conclusions.
