Data Analyst, Replenishment(Demand Planning)

Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for delivering best in class data analysis across various data domains to help deliver relevant data governance and quality solutions for high-value critical data. The Data Analyst will actively engage in project definition and scoping, requirements gathering, level of effort estimation, issue escalation, detailed timeline planning and adherence to solutions involving data, technology and business processes. The Data Analyst will be providing insights to the business leaders and working on impactful enterprise replenishment initiatives such as Multiechelon replenishment planning.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 3 to 5 years as Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience Desired: Previous experience in a demand planning, or replenishment role
• Experience across a variety of functional disciplines in developing solutions that include: Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Catalog & Glossary and Enablement of BI Semantic layer; Data Quality design for propelling BI & Analytics
• Experience Required: Informatica; ETL, Data Integration or MuleSoft; Retail systems/application support experience;
• Experience working within the Scrum or Agile project framework
• Education Required: Bachelors Degree in a related field
• Previous retail experience an asset

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with business partners within the company to understand and assess data opportunities and challenges.
• Execute strategic & and tactical projects related to data, data governance and data quality programs
• Define data requirements, data & process workflows, current & future state analysis and data analysis related to data, data governance & data quality
• Provide data & technical support related to Enterprise Data Governance program.
