Description:

• We are looking for an expert data analyst to join us and have an immediate impact on how we can transition our current manual data capture and reporting efforts.
• The right individual will provide business and systems analysis skills, work with global stakeholders to translate data and requirements correctly and assess and improve data quality.
• We are interested in someone who has extensive experience with Smartsheet and has learning agility for new platforms, which will be used for migrating onto new data reporting and analysis systems.
• The successful candidate will interact with Responsible Supply Chain group including labor & environmental compliance, and Global RSC operations teams across regions.
• Must flex schedule to meet with Singapore team (recurring meetings in 5-7pm timeframe PST weekly)

Required Skills:

• Must be a Smartsheet expert: content management, process management, task automation, report building, data integrations
• Expert data analyst with several years of experience in quality analysis, database design and implementation
• Strong ability to independently investigate and learn data criteria to compare and identify anomalies, design solutions, build test cases and conduct UAT with stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential to lead teams in understanding analysis outcomes, improvements needed and the plan for implementation

Duties:

• Analyze current Smartsheet platform and streamline configuration to ensure data quality, process integrity and satisfy reporting needs
• Conduct cross-system data analysis and present findings in a well-structured, easy to understand and insightful format with clear actions for data correction and improvement; lead data clean-up efforts to completion
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement and understand stakeholder needs to deliver analysis and turnkey reporting solutions
• Develop and implement workflows and solutions to make data outputs and data connections more efficient and increase granularity of data insights
• Develop and implement clean and compelling dashboards and data visualizations with actionable insights for various audiences
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to integrate sustainability and workforce insights into decision making to support our 2025 Sustainability targets
