Job Description:

Focus on People Analytics and Workforce Strategy and help transition related data infrastructure (views, tables, and workflows) in Snowflake from source HR SAP data to Workday HR source data. This role will include a lot of SQL as well as documentation on the difference in field definition between systems, and stakeholder communication. You will need to be comfortable operating independently, navigating complex environments, and reaching out to stakeholders in different teams. This role is remote with the option of campus access for local candidates. This role focuses on the creation, maintenance, and documentation of data sources and NOT on the visualization of the data.

Job Responsibilities:

Generates reports and regular datasets or report information for end- users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end- user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests:

• Assist in recreating views and tables in SQL that empower reporting for Client's People teams
• Document differences between field definitions from old system to new system
• Investigate discrepancies or errors in the data
• Communicate with partner teams to track down source data and data definitions
