Job Description

• Data Analyst with a focus on CRM systems and sales operations
• Collect, process, and analyse data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and other data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency & experience in analysis of sales data, identifying trend and opportunities.
• Advance Tableau Visualisation & Prep
• Familiarity with SQL data extraction and manipulation
• Advance Excel & Google Suite
• Process Mapping & documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages.
