The Role

Jellysmack is seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Analyst - Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team. This person will work closely with our Account Management and Strategic Partnerships team to provide relevant tracking and reporting tools, create reliable forecasting for upcoming deals, as well as insights to drive their strategy.

The Responsibilities

• Gather current media partner and licensing related performance data and convert them into relevant insights and reporting for the Account Management team
• Translate requests from the Strategic Partnerships team into data analysis and forecasting to aid in closing deals
• Aggregate and prioritize analyses to maximize the impact of your work
• Clean and prepare data to compute KPIs and perform analysis
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights in order to develop best selling arguments
• Give clear presentations to internal stakeholders, business users, or clients

Requirements

A Little About You

• You have a Bachelor's degree, Master's is a plus
• You have 2 years+ experience in a similar role
• You possess strong skills in SQL
• You possess strong operationally ready skills in PowerBI for data analysis
• You are proficient in Python for data analysis
• You have excellent problem solving skills and solid analytical skills
• You are proficient in a data visualization tool (ideally PowerBI and Looker), a data transformation tool (Excel, google spreadsheets, Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI) and a presentation tool (PowerPoint, Keynote, )
• You are highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
• You have extensive knowledge of social media
• You have strong skills in management and communication
• You have excellent English speaking and writing skills, French is a plus
