What we're looking for
We are looking for a Payroll and Data Integration Analyst to join our diverse, evolving and fun Business System organization. This is a cross-functional role which presents an opportunity to work with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other departments to improve business processes. Your familiarity with Workday core HCM, Payroll and integration, communications skills and your customer-centric perspective will help you to deliver powerful tools processes to continue to move and scale our Business System organization. A self-motivated, critical thinker and problem-solver are the main skills to help a person to be successful in this role. You will report to the VP of Business Systems.
You will
- Facilitate Workday initiatives with cross functional teams from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Develop Studio, core connector, web service and EIB integrations between Workday and third parties including payroll vendors, benefit carriers and other external systems
- Perform operational triage and troubleshooting of system errors/bugs or integration failures. Partner with appropriate teams, including vendors and support resources, to resolve promptly
- Be a tier 2 support for payroll and HR configuration issues and troubleshooting
- Participate in new global payroll system implementation and provide post implementation support with business processes and the technology platform(s)
- Support Workday bi-annual release cycles, regression testing, prioritization of enhancements and help gauge relevancy of new features.
- Perform quarterly SOX audit and provide evidence requested by auditors
You have
- 3+ years of Workday experience; Workday integration and Workday payroll experience
- Knowledge of Workday integrations including EIB, Web Service, Core Connector and Studio; Experience with BIRT, and XSLT
- Strong background with Workday core HCM, Integration and Payroll; Familiar with Workday business process, security and advanced reporting
- Analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, and delivering value-adding solutions

What we offer our employees
The base pay provided for this position ranges from $100,895 - $136,505 / year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
Bonuses, commissions, and/or equity may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
