Data Analytics and Insights Analyst (DEI)
Job Description
Modivcare is looking for a Data Analytics and Insights Analyst (DEI) who will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's DEI Listening & Analytics strategy to provide leadership, programs, processes and tools that strengthen the Modivcare DEI experience to foster an inclusive, high performance, and a dynamic culture.
You will...- Connect company and employee metrics tied to programs by mapping utilization and impact related to ERGs, Performance, Engagement, and Talent to report program effectiveness, utilization, as well as health.
- Establish DEI data governance, hierarchy and historic benchmarks to enhance storytelling through data to company ELT and Board of Directors.
- Review and analyze enterprise-wide and business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve DEI initiatives and programs while creating dynamic dashboards for KPIs and DEI reporting.
- Host focus groups for A/B testing to use data to connect ROI and impact related to DEI programs.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure a sense of belonging and ownership in an organization by various demographic slices. Using this data, the DEI Leadership team will guide strategy in targeting programs and initiatives where it matters most.
- Build predictive analytics capabilities to predict engagement among DEI initiatives to reduce turnover and build engagement.
- Collaborate and partner with various internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, HR Information Systems colleagues, and Service Lines, etc. to develop and execute plans related to qualitative and quantitative measurable outcomes.
- Create and manage the employee listening strategy for the company's DEI Index by establishing employee survey programs across the employee survey lifecycle (moments that matter e.g., new hire, engagement/pulse surveys, etc.) at scale and build connections with cross-functional teams to address business needs, share/present insights and drive measurable improvements.
- Build long-term strategic DEI employee insights strategy with HRIS and Learning & Development to build leadership DEI reporting, listening and leadership competencies.
- Leverages data and analytic skills to drive decision making and action. Designs, develops and deploys solutions through ongoing analysis and tying multiple data sets together to recommend actions aligned with business strategies
- Support people managers with training, tools and resources to interpret employee feedback and data and create centralized action planning and monitor DEI metrics and results.
- Remain current on DEI, engagement and culture approaches, trends, guidelines and identify insights that will drive continuous improvement; start to assess and predict needs as the business grows.
- Collaborate with our Marketing and Communications team to develop a strategy to highlight DEI achievements, and create awareness of our DEI centric culture and inclusion programs, events, and progress.
- Understand Change Management Methodology to work directly with internal partners to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives such as Vision/Value Definition, Communication, Leadership Engagement, Organization Alignment and Change Sustainability
- Collaborate and Partner with various internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement and HR Information Systems colleagues, etc. to develop and execute plans related to qualitative and quantitative measurable outcomes.
- Determine appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
- Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
- Accountable for collective results and recognizing others' contributions and sharing credit for success.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Ability to interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, and internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment.
- Prepare and manage the budget as assigned; analyze variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.
- Master's Degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in a field emphasizing research on people (e.g., Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Org Development, or related degree)
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise, experience, and passion for survey design, program management, and employee listening approaches
- Experience conducting statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpretations of results, and making actionable recommendations
- Five (5) plus years of leadership responsibility.

Salary range: $115,625 - $154,167
*Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance.
