Job Description
As a Data Analytics - Financial Analysis you will plan and develop financial analysis for the purposes of reviewing franchisee’s finances to ensure all franchisees are compliant with their reporting of sales. Provides and develops accurate reporting and management tools to all brands in the organization to make better, data-driven decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 • Produce business reviews of our significant franchisees to understand their performance and forward-looking strategy as it relates to the business retail franchise’s goals
• Review and distribute monthly financial metrics for the Business Retail Division
• Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide benchmarking that can be used to improve performance of franchisees
• Validate and standardize large data sets received from external sources
• Perform ad-hoc analytical or due diligence support related to franchisee finance and store development
• Assist franchisee financial reviews in collecting, tracking, and reviewing financial documents to investigate compliance with reporting gross sales
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with a strong emphasis in Microsoft Excel) as well as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Strong background in related industry and specific production techniques.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
