Duties:

  • Responsible for all aspects of software application development, process automation, data engineering and architecting business intelligence and automation solutions for Aprio’s customers. Use AGILE software management methodology to create applications and reports for management.
  • Work with Clients as a solution architect to analyze automation requirements and be able to provide solutions with help of her team.
  • Apply data modeling techniques on various client projects.
  • Define/develop/implement robust, automated solutions/databases for extracting, transforming, and loading disparate data sources from the customers using Alteryx, SSIS and other tools.
  • Develop and maintain analytics using various tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx.
  • Develop applications that design reports using Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, via Report Builder, and Visual Studio.
  • Design of robust/sustainable reporting solutions by applying data warehousing best practices.
  • Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Use UAT (user acceptance test) to ensure applications are processing correctly.
  • Design / build tools used to update data residing within SQL database(s).
  • Develop and document processes and procedures while identifying and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer engineering or closely related. 5 years’ progressive experience in systems and process analysis, data visualization, SQL and data base systems, analytical and problem solving and agile development practices; Telecommuting may be allowed; 

Hours: 40 + hrs/week
