POSITION SUMMARY
As a Human Resources Data Analytics Manager, you will implement data visualization tools which will craft actionable insights based on HRIS, HR, and Business data after it is gathered and assessed. You will also interact daily with HR Business Partners and COE's in our HR team and work closely with various other teams across multiple business units in the USA. You will utilize your data analytics skills to develop, consolidate, and present insightful and robust HR analytics to create value for an organization.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify HR and business raw data that can be reasonably measured and be transformed into meaningful insights.
- Propose, develop, and maintain metrics and key indicators directly relevant to the performance and proficiency of the business.
- Establish KPI and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) dashboards in interactive charts and graphs that will enable better decisions.
- Through data, identify factors that influence employee engagement at work and propose effective employee engagement strategy for each business.
- Constantly review HR business workflow and propose recommendation for improvement, and lead and coordinate process improvement projects -, as assigned.
- Support in managing and tracking short/mid-term HR strategic goals within the department.
- Maintain and process HR data and manage business rules; setup/cleansing activities in HCM tool.
- Provide accurate and timely ad hoc reports.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of success in Human Resources including 2 years of experience in strategic planning
- Knowledge of data visualization software and proficiency in statistics.
- Proven working experience in data analysis
- Systematic logical approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree
