The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital migration for many critical services. Those services require a trusted identity to safeguard against fraud and help ensure people are who they claim to be. With ID.me, login and identity credentials move with people, which can reduce the time and frustration of having to verify at multiple sites and set up multiple passwords.

The company offers multiple pathways to verification – online self-serve, live video chat agents, and in person. Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analytics Manager to work with our Product, Engineering, Security, Member Support and Sales teams. This person will quickly deliver insights, review and develop metrics, and contribute to improved business processes to scale analytics that supports our explosive growth. The Data Analyst Manager also leads, coaches and develops a team of Data Analysts to deliver high impact insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of highly skilled data analysts to deliver data-driven solutions to support or exceed business goals
- Work collaboratively with the Product, Engineering, Finance, and Member Support teams to define and analyze metrics for business and product performance
- Use data visualization and storytelling techniques to successfully convey insights and impact decision/outcomes to leadership
- Design dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics in a readable and digestible format that allows quick insights into performance
- Frame business problems in analytical language and converting business requirements into datasets, analyses, models, and reports
- Designing and implementing data and statistical analysis to produce insights into performance
- Drive cross-functional and enterprise-wide solutions, providing thought leadership within and beyond working group
- Interpreting data to discover patterns and identify trends that support growth and increase efficiencies, implementing enhancements to address control gaps
- Build and automate tools to surface key data to stakeholders across a broad range of data literacy levels
- Provide ad hoc analysis and forecasting as needed across a diverse set of teams and needs to support existing customers, future sales, and strategic business decisions
- Provide support to the Data Engineering and Data Science teams
- Results-oriented mindset with an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in data analytics, business analytics, statistical modeling, or related field
- BS/BA degree required, with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative discipline preferred
- Management consulting experience a plus
- A proven track record of problem solving based on analytics to support business recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and comfort engaging with senior leadership
- Experience at a fast-paced startup a plus
- Demonstrating the ability to tell stories with data through the use of data visualization, dashboards and/or slides calling out key data insights; Tableau and Lookr
- Demonstrating statistical modeling, applied mathematics or STEM; R or Python
- Demonstrating data querying, exploration and validation; SQL and DBT
