Job Description Summary:

• Recognized Data Analytics or diagnostics/prognostics master. Leads the development and deployment of diagnostics, machine learning, and model-based data analytics technology, methods, and toolset.
• Develops and executes the overall model-based data analytics strategy & roadmap, provides support and guidance to various technical teams, and approves common work practices.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Recognized technical expert in diagnostics, prognostics, machine learning, model-based data analytics, digital twin, and in the development/deployment of data analytics in product development, sales, and service applications
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities - technical leadership and technology project management
• Experience in system controls, model-based methods, artificial intelligence & machine learning techniques, cloud-based computing, and edge analytics
• Experience in statistical analysis and uncertainty/variability analysis
• Experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Fire & Security applications
• Experience in the physics-based model, data-driven models, and reduced-order model development
• Hands-on experience in several software programming techniques (including Python), machine learning algorithms, forecasting techniques, object-oriented methodologies, and cloud computing.
• Establishes plans and strategy for the diagnostics/prognostics discipline
• Recommends investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization's projects.
• A desire to innovate, and the courage to be first. Good communication skills demonstrated thought leadership.
• Experience in continuous integration and configuration management processes and technology.
• Experience in Agile methodology for software development and modeling.

Education:

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in computer science or computer engineering or electrical engineering or controls engineering or a substantially related field, with more than 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with a significant duration of experience and expertise spanning the full qualifications of this role.
