Job Summary

The Platform Analytics team at Bread Financial is tasked with navigating and understanding Bread's vast first and third party data and works closely with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Engineering, and other departments to ensure that we are making the best data-backed decisions we possibly can. As a key member of our growing team, the Data Analytics Program Manager will oversee and enhance various data analytics tools that are used to drive actionable insights across the organization. While working alongside experienced data professionals, this role will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure they have the tools and capabilities necessary to make data-driven decisions and to champion a data centric culture throughout the organization.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Program Management - Drive and support the delivery of large and complex analytics initiatives that will transform the way our organization leverages data and insights. Understand business needs and identify scope, resources required, and dependencies to create a clear and actionable plan. Track and measure progress throughout project lifecycle.

Business Transformation - Lead transformation toward a data centric culture through influencing key stakeholders, championing the value of data analytics, and developing scalable data standards and processes. Partner with external vendors to implement new analytics tools and lead integration with Bread Financial systems; Discover and evaluate opportunities to integrate with new best-in-class customer experience analytics platforms.

Data Platform Strategy - Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve existing data analytics tools and drive synergies across teams and platforms; Build and maintain documentation and standardization of self-serviceable reporting & tools to enable scalability and reusability.

Collaboration - Work closely with data analysts and data engineers to ensure seamless usage of analytics tools; Develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders to drive user adoption and translate user feedback into future enhancements to data tools and platforms.

Learning and Teaching - Develop a streamlined user onboarding process and organize sessions and/or processes to provide ongoing stakeholder support. Provide a forum to share new and existing tools, maintain best practices and data standards, and assist stakeholders with getting useful data and insights from self-serviceable tools and reporting.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:

• Remote or Hybrid.
• Some travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in data-related project or program management roles.
• Experience leading projects from initiation through execution and solving complex problems in a collaborative way.
• Experience using and/or implementing data visualization or digital analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Heap, Adobe Analytics).
• Professional experience in mentorship and/or leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field.
• 5 + years of experience of experience in data-related project or program management roles.
• Financial services or credit card industry experience.

Salary Range:
$83,500.00 - $212,500.00
The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
