As the pioneers of hair wellness, we create natural, clinically effective solutions for hair growth and provide support for people at every step of their hair journey. Our multi-factorial approach targets the root causes of hair thinning using a patented blend of medical-grade botanicals -- and is recommended by over 3,000 physicians and hair professionals for trusted, reliable results.

We never settle, and are continuously challenging existing treatments and methodologies to advance the frontier of hair science. As we help our customers grow, we grow too -- by embracing individuality and differences, leading by example, and empowering ourselves and others with our passion for wellness and innovation.

Keep growing. It’s our mantra. Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to realizing their own potential to grow.

About You

Nutrafol is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone for whom leading teams of professionals through planning and delivery is second nature! • Lead project teams through planning activities, including story/task creation, backlog development, and increment planning
  • Facilitate task estimation for the project teams you support and coach your teams as they grow this muscle
  • Identify and socialize key milestones in the plan and align milestone dependencies with other project managers in the organization
  • Support delivery by leading team ceremonies, removing barriers to execution, surfacing risks to the appropriate stakeholder, and developing, supporting, and evolving your teams’ ways of working
  • Support and grow Delivery Culture at Nutrafol as we develop and iterate processes to optimize project and program delivery with accountability and transparency
  • Represent the Data & Analytics portfolio in weekly program and quarterly roadmap planning activities
  • Work with Delivery Operations to maintain alignment of your project portfolio with program performance expectations
  • Create and iterate project management best practices for the Data & Analytics team and ensure processes are aligned with organization practices

  • Demonstrated superior knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Some prior experience in a centralized delivery organization (PMO), preferably in the early stages of its formation
  • Agile Project Management certification (CSM, CSPO, PMI-DASM, PMI-ACP or similar)
