Data Analytics Software Developer. Troy, MI. Develop tools to import real-world collected UDP car sensor and map data into a software-in-loop (SiL) environment to run simulations on updated software. Develop tools to parametrize test vectors generated from real-world data to understand and analyze system robustness. Lead a team of engineers in designing project-specific and parametrized SiL test environments. Coordinate communication between Algorithm Development, Tool, Supplier, and Customer competencies. Provide resource planning and team capacity estimations for software development. Provide technical direction, resolve project-level issues, and minimize risks for project deliverables. Requires Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering and two years of experience as a Test Engineer in the automotive industry. Experience must include: developing system-level tests with automotive communication protocols, analyzing advanced driver assistance systems algorithm models, developing and debugging automated test scripts, creating tools to automate bidirectional testing, creating hardware-in-loop testing platforms, CANoe, Plastic SCM, Python, JIRA, and Polarion.
