About the Role
Alight is seeking a skilled and passionate Implementation Configuration Business Analyst to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Account Executives, Clients, Business Product and Technology teams
- Leading Business requirements discussions with customers, and Technology to relay business context while documenting functional and non-functional requirements,
- Supporting the Business, Product, and Technology teams in the management, refinement, and prioritization of a backlog.
- Understanding business processes, gaps, and challenges and convert that knowledge into effective and efficient solutions.
- Defining the acceptance criteria for each user story item.
- Reviewing test coverage to ensure that tests incorporate acceptance criteria, both functional and non-functional.
- Assisting in refinement, User Acceptance Testing to ensure a quality product is delivered for one or more large scale projects/products.
- Maintaining working relationships with client and internal business and technical contacts in support of ongoing operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of the role and excellent skills in requirements documentation. Additionally, they should show significant expertise as a business analyst or in leave of absence management.
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles, with a background in requirements documentation and diagramming.
- Have a track record of delivering detailed requirements for projects of high complexity. Also, in leading business transformation or automation.
- Have completed a Bachelor's program in a technical discipline or have relevant work experience.
- Experience with Value Stream Design, Six Sigma and Lean Business Practices.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
65,600 USD
Maximum :
104,100 USD
