WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:Â
Lead our customers through transformational change by driving the design and execution of data and analytics strategiesÂ
Use data and analytics to work collaboratively with customer leaders to understand business challenges and the competitive market landscape to design the desired future stateÂ
Contribute to the direction of our Data and Analytics Consulting practice through exceptional customer service delivery and support of business development effortsÂ
Work with teams of customer personnel and Point B consultants to plan and deliver on data and analytics initiativesÂ
Grow as a leader working alongside senior Point B consultants who provide mentorship and supportÂ
Exercise your entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the firm’s growth as an employee-ownerÂ

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE: Â
7 to 10 years leading or participating in data and analytics projects, in a quantitative, data driven or highly analytical business environmentÂ
Solved complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business ideasÂ
Developed and implemented data and analytics solutionsÂ
 Proven proficiency in quantitative analysis, visualization, and modeling using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Advanced in PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, ThoughtSpot, Excel, etc.)Â
Demonstrated the ability to import, clean, transform, and model data with the purpose of translating complex information into meaningful clear conclusions for decision making purposes (preferred experience with SQL, R, Python, etc.) and data preparation platforms (Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, etc.)Â
Demonstrated the ability to work directly with customers to lead high priority initiatives and act as a trusted advisorÂ
Earned BA or BS with preference for quantitative undergraduate degree (e.g. BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics)Â
Available to travel up to 75%Â

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $119,500 - $191,00 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.

Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
