Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Report Writer to drive data-driven decision-making across our business. Reporting to the Operations and Product Management teams, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating and analysing data from various platforms and creating insightful reports that inform strategic decisions.

As a Data Analyst and Report Writer, you will:

• Consolidate data from multiple systems, including HubSpot, ChurnZero, ChartMogul, SQL databases, and other tools, to provide a unified view of sales, operation, customer success and insights into our product.
• Design, build, and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Analyse trends and generate actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify reporting needs and deliver solutions that align with organisational goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all reports.
• Continuously innovate and improve data processes, leveraging the latest tools and techniques.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a candidate with:

• Experience - At minimum 2-3 years in a data analysis or reporting role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot, ChurnZero, ChartMogul, AWS.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Communication - Excellent ability to present data and insights in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
