Cascade Financial Services is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst, a key role within our fast growing organization. The Analyst will play a fundamental role in Cascade’s continued growth and the development. You will assess business needs, design, create, and deliver reports and data that drive business functions and processes. This role will work throughout the company, utilizing one’s technical and analytical skills to aid every department in business decisions.
At Cascade Data and Reporting Analyst will:
- Create, design, and deliver comprehensive reports while working across all segments of the business
- Develop in Postgress, MSSQL and Python, using stored procedures and functions
- Partner with Business Heads to create a more transparent view of the business through Tableau reporting and data visualization
- Evaluate/improve current reporting process to drive efficiencies across the organization
- Automate data and analytical processes that provide information in an efficient way
- Propose and implement KPI and other metrics for the company’s financial and business partners
Your Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Business Analytics, Computer Sciences, Finance or equivalent degree
- 3-5 years of focused experience building and delivering data and reporting across an organization
- Experience in Postgress and MSSQL required, Python preferred
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Understanding of data architecture and table structures
- Financial/Mortgage banking experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
