Data and Reporting Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
ThreatLocker's Data and Report Specialist is the person who lives on data and will automatically analyze and report on any new data obtained. They consume as much data as possible, and repurpose it in the form of charts and reports.
JOB SCOPE
ThreatLocker’s Data and Report specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Create and analyze reports and share findings using MySQL
- Report/Query testing and development
- Recommend establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
- Collaborate with the various internal departments such as development, operations, etc.
- Combine business knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in evaluating or addressing business issues through data
- Work with business owners and technical resources to identify and address data quality issues when they arise
- Provide production support to end-users in a timely fashion
- Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional experience in report development
- Proficient knowledge with MySQL
- Highly analytical with ability to propose areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology

- Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.
- While performing duties of this job, would occasionally require to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects and tools.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
