Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Data Architect based at our Greenville, NC location. 

What you will do:

Data Architecture & Analysis

• Collaborate with data architecture leaders to identify and quantify business impact of emerging technologies and business models.
• Responsible for helping define initial solution design and continual refinement, enhancement, and alignment across the digital platform.
• Create all necessary documentation for data engineers and business personnel to agree on the accepted solution.

Data Engineering

• Able to fulfill the design's development and/or oversea and test the implementation of an assigned data engineer to the project.
• Experience with Informatica preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce

Project Management

• Assist with managing projects that have been and will be created as part of DSIG.
• Contribute to delivering the projects on schedule and within budget.
• Familiarity with Agile preferred.

Data Governance

• Being led by the Data Strategy, Integrations, and Governance team, work with the business to obtain the necessary data and information.

• You have experience with the implementation, transformation, development of data structures and driven to see projects through to completion.
• One who provides strategic direction recommendations.
• Work with large data sets for complex problems that streamline and modernize new and existing business offerings and services.
• You can make recommendations in area of technical specialty, continuous improvement of processes, ideas to better serve our customers using technology.
• You possess a strong focus on specific sets of technology expertise supported by problem solving, analytical, communication, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.
• You are comfortable directly influencing globally, both digital strategy and its subsequent execution.
• You can successfully and positively interact with internal and external customers. 

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or field work equivalency.
• With degree, 3 years of related experience.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant data analyst experience.
• Experience with Salesforce
